Online butcher BBQuality saw a major shift in consumer behavior post-pandemic, with fluctuating demand and an unstable revenue stream. To counter this, they partnered with Happy Horizon and Deployteq to build a birthday campaign that felt timely, local, and truly personal.

Each email used real-time data, like weather forecasts, shipping and delivery windows based on when the email was opened, nearby pick-up points, as well as unique discount codes to create a highly relevant offer with a limited-time urgency.

The result? 

€36,000 in additional revenue over the first four months and a 9% increase versus the previous period, exceeding their target of 7.5%.
