We care for those who are part of our team, promoting balance, active listening, coaching support, a 4-day work week, and an environment where mental health is a priority, not an afterthought.

Corruption and bribery? No, thank you
We have zero tolerance for any practice that goes against integrity. We value clean, direct, and honest relationships. And we expect the same from those who work with us.


Transparency as a principle
We communicate, share processes, and welcome feedback. No behind-the-scenes games. We are a team, and that requires trust.


Social responsibility
We support causes that matter – from pro bono work for the organization World Merit, whose case study can be found on our website, to other initiatives with social impact.
