Digital accessibility is no longer optional. Starting June 28, 2025, the European Accessibility Act, a new directive enforced by the European Union, will require a wide range of digital platforms and services to be accessible to all users, including people with specific disabilities.
This law applies to both public entities and private companies that offer digital products or services within the EU, regardless of where they are based.
