There is a distinct kind of energy that fills a room when you take away corporate scripts, close the doors, and leave room only for reality. Following our journeys in Porto and Lisbon, JMR Digital recently brought the She Leads movement to a brand-new roundtable/ breakfast session format, and a brand-new setting: the iconic "Casa da Praia" by the Lisbon Digital School (LDS) in Santo Amaro de Oeiras.
For this third official event, our very first She Leads: Líderes à Mesa, we wanted a shift in format. No massive stages or institutional slide decks. Instead, we gathered an exclusive, intimate circle of just 15 top decision-makers across Technology, Marketing, and Management for an executive breakfast and a raw, unscripted boardroom debate.
The premise was simple: Leading in Marketing and Tech today comes down to one overwhelming word: noise. The challenge is no longer finding the right tool; it is managing to pause, think, and solve real operational friction.
If the debate brought the tactical depth, the conclusion of the morning brought an exciting glimpse into the future.
In an exclusive first reveal to our attendees, we officially announced a powerful new collaboration with LDS. To solve the exact pain points discussed around the table (bridging strategic female vision with hands-on technological execution), we are building an immersive Bootcamp designed specifically for leaders who want to master Martech architecture and AI. This program will equip women to sit at the decision-making table with total technical and business authority.
The Líderes à Mesa format proved what we suspected all along: when women leaders gather in a safe space to share their operational truths, the isolation of leadership disappears, and actionable solutions take its place.
As we look toward our upcoming edition in Porto, our commitment remains unchanged. At JMR Digital and She Leads, we will continue building the spaces, strategies, and communities to ensure that the women leading today’s digital transformation have every tool they need to grow.
